Asilvestrarse

Asilvestrarse. Cristian Moyano

Humans should become “wild”. But this is not about living in trees, it is about changing our worldview. Going “wild” is not about giving up cleaning or joining a herd of elephants. Humans do not hunt like dingoes, or browse like deer, or decompose organic matter like vultures. Nor are we able to fertilise the soil the way beetles or earthworms do. “Rewilding” means changing our habits to allow wildlife to flourish and perform those functions that ensure life around us and our own.

This book is aimed especially at children (9-12 years old) but it is welcome for people at any age if they are interested in rewilding, multispecies interdependence, and our human relationship with wildlife.

It is available in 4 languages: Spanish, Catalan, Galician and Basque.
